Project Description

Within the framework of the project, 4 high-efficiency gas boilers were purchased for the State Communal Enterprise “Lutskteplo.”

VIESSMANN boilers with capacities of 480 kW (2 units), 1600 kW, and 1950 kW will be installed at three city boiler houses. This will make it possible to replace old boilers with an efficiency rate of 60–68% with new ones having an efficiency rate of 95–100%.

Benefits of installing the new boilers:

  • savings of 435.5 thousand cubic meters of natural gas worth UAH 3.7 million per year;
  • reduction of the annual payroll fund of the SCE “Lutskteplo” by UAH 0.925 million due to automation of boiler house processes;
  • more stable heat supply, as well as hot water supply during the non-heating season, for more than 16,000 residents and social infrastructure facilities, including a medical institution, 2 preschool education institutions, and 2 general secondary education institutions.
