Planned Activities in Lutsk

1. Modernization of the heating system:

Installation of a heat pump;
Construction of a demonstration area for the heat pump;
Replacement of heating pipelines and radiators; installation of thermostats.

2. Modernization of the power supply system:

Installation of a 50 kW rooftop solar power plant with a battery system;
Replacement of electrical wiring and lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED lamps.

3. Thermal modernization: insulation of exterior walls and the roof, thermal insulation of the ceiling above the unheated basement, replacement of windows and doors.

4. Installation of a ventilation system:

Installation of air ducts for a supply and exhaust ventilation system;
Installation of air conditioners and filtration units.

5. Development of a green, interactive outdoor area featuring:

Benches with solar panels and device charging capability;
Mechanical devices for generating energy;
Wireless weather station;
Rainwater collection tanks;
Lawns with diverse grasses and hedges.

6. Development of a cinema-style interactive learning space.

7. Creation of a website for the education center, installation of electronic information boards, and knowledge-sharing visits
