Lutsk Begins Cooperation with the Association of Estonian Cities and Municipalities
Lutsk and the Association of Estonian Cities and Municipalities have signed a memorandum of cooperation. The document provides for establishing contacts between municipalities, exchanging experience and seeking joint solutions for community development.
The main areas of cooperation include the modernisation of urban infrastructure, energy efficiency, environmental policy and the digitalisation of governance.
“For the Lutsk community, this is an opportunity to learn from the experience of Estonian municipalities in local self-government and apply European practices in city management,” said Andrii Razumovskyi, Secretary of Lutsk City Council.
Andrii Razumovskyi thanked Mihhail Kõlvart, Chairman of the Board of the Association of Estonian Cities and Municipalities, for his openness to dialogue and readiness to develop a partnership with Lutsk.
