Meeting with representatives of the monitoring mission of the U.S. Department of State project USAID SPARC
Deputy Mayor of Lutsk, Iryna Chebeliuk, met with representatives of the monitoring mission of the U.S. Department of State’s USAID SPARC project, led by Kathleen Kirsch, Director of the Energy and Critical Infrastructure Office at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine.
The delegation is visiting Lutsk within the framework of the SPARC international technical assistance program, funded by the Government of the United States of America and implemented in Ukraine by TetraTech ES, Inc. During the visit, the mission conducted an inspection of equipment provided under the international technical assistance project.
Iryna Chebeliuk welcomed the members of the monitoring mission to Lutsk and conveyed words of gratitude from Mayor Ihor Polishchuk to the government and people of the United States of America for the substantial assistance the city has received through this partnership.
