Публічна лекція з історії національних спільнот Луцьк «Караїмська громада Луцька»
Департамент культури Луцької міської ради продовжує серію публічних лекцій «Луцьк багатоголосий: мова, історія і традиції спільнот Луцька».
Наступна зустріч циклу буде присвячена одній із найдавніших та найменших, проте надзвичайно важливих спільнот нашого міста — караїмській громаді.
Публічна лекція з історії національних спільнот Луцька «Караїмська громада Луцька» відбудеться 27 серпня о 16:00 у Палаці культури міста Луцька (вул. Б. Хмельницького, 1).
Лекторка заходу — Валентина Надольська, кандидатка історичних наук, доцентка кафедри музеєзнавства, пам’яткознавства та інформаційно-аналітичної діяльності Волинського національного університету імені Лесі Українки.
Під час заходу лекторка познайомить учасників із історією, культурною спадщиною, релігійними традиціями та внеском караїмів у розвиток Луцька — від часів Великого князівства Литовського і до сьогодення.

Ця подія є другою у серії безкоштовних освітніх заходів, що триватимуть у Луцьку протягом липня — вересня 2025 року. Попереду — нові цікаві теми, зокрема лекція про національну політику Речі Посполитої.
Лекції організовано в межах проєкту «Міста взаємності: інтеграція через міжкультурний діалог», що реалізується департаментом культури Луцької міської ради у партнерстві з містами Люблін (Польща) та Павлоград (Україна), за підтримки Програми Ради Європи «Інтеркультурні міста» (ICC) та фінансується Радою Європи.

Public Lecture on the History of Lutsk’s National Communities “Karaite Community of Lutsk”
The Department for Culture of Lutsk City Council continues the series of public lectures “Polyphonic Lutsk: Language, History, and Traditions of Lutsk’s Communities.”
The upcoming lecture will be dedicated to one of the city’s oldest and smallest, yet extraordinarily significant communities — the Karaite community.
The public lecture on the history of Lutsk’s national communities “Karaite Community of Lutsk” will take place on 27 August at 16:00 at the Lutsk City Palace of Culture (1 B. Khmelnytskoho St.).
The lecture will be delivered by Valentyna Nadolska, Candidate of Historical Sciences, Associate Professor at the Department of Museology, Monument Studies, and Information and Analytical Activities of Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University.
During the event, the lecturer will introduce participants to the history, cultural heritage, religious traditions, and the contribution of the Karaites to the development of Lutsk — from the times of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania up to the present day.

This event is the second in a series of free educational activities that will take place in Lutsk from July to September 2025. Ahead — new fascinating topics, including a lecture on the national policy of the Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth.
The lectures are organized within the framework of the project “Cities of Reciprocity: Integration through Intercultural Dialogue”, implemented by the Department for Culture of Lutsk City Council in partnership with the cities of Lublin (Poland) and Pavlohrad (Ukraine), with the support of the Council of Europe’s Intercultural Cities (ICC) Programme and funded by the Council of Europe.
